Availability checks and bookings for short-term stays are completed through our external booking system. Prices, cancellation rules, check-in and check-out times and payment terms are those displayed there at the time of booking. The website itself does not process payments.

Enquiries submitted for long-term rentals are not binding for either side until a lease agreement is signed.

We take care to describe every property accurately, but descriptions, photos, prices and amenities are provided for information and may change. The binding description of a stay is the one in the booking confirmation; for a lease, the signed agreement.

The content of this website, including texts, photographs, logos and design, belongs to Arcus BnB or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission, other than for your personal, non-commercial use.

The website is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its content. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from the use of the website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
